You must be using the Platform for your own personal entertainment and recreational purposes only. Registering an Account on behalf of a third party, operating an Account for commercial gain outside the normal scope of individual winnings, or using the Platform for any business purpose is strictly prohibited.
You must not have previously been self-excluded from pk1957 or any other gambling platform under an active self-exclusion arrangement. Users who are under self-exclusion and attempt to re-register are in breach of these Terms and their Account will be closed upon identification.
Each User is permitted to hold one active Account on the Platform at any time. Holding multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method or household — is strictly prohibited. Upon discovery of duplicate Accounts, we reserve the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information at the point of registration and to keep your Account information updated at all times. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pk1957 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. We may apply a dormancy administration fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with our published fee schedule. Users will be notified before any such fee is applied. We will use reasonable endeavours to return remaining balances to the registered User's verified payment method where feasible.
pk1957 is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant platform. Identity verification is a mandatory requirement for all Users and may be requested at any point during the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, at any subsequent withdrawal, or following changes to Account details.

Certain payment options that are familiar to Pakistani users — including bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, digital payment platforms such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast, and cryptocurrency options such as BTC, ETH and USDT — may be available as deposit methods subject to the Platform's current technical integrations and your KYC status. Account balances, minimum bets, bonus figures and deposit limits are denominated in the Platform's base operating currency. Where displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs), amounts are indicative and subject to applicable exchange rate calculations at the time of transaction.
pk1957 is not responsible for deposits that are declined, delayed or reversed by your bank, card issuer or payment provider. You may incur fees from your payment provider in connection with gambling transactions; these fees are your sole responsibility.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your Account, unless an alternative arrangement has been approved in advance by our support team. All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of the KYC process and compliance review.

Any Account balance that includes Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds is subject to the applicable Wagering Requirements before a withdrawal can be requested. Bonuses are subject to eligibility criteria which may include minimum deposit thresholds, specific game restrictions, minimum odds requirements, time limits and geographic restrictions. Eligibility is determined at the time of claiming the bonus and may be verified retrospectively. Users found to have obtained a bonus in breach of eligibility criteria may have the bonus and any associated winnings forfeited.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. A bet is not accepted until it has been confirmed by the Platform and a unique bet reference number has been issued. If a bet has been accepted at odds that are materially incorrect due to a technical or human error (sometimes referred to as a "palpable error"), pk1957 reserves the right to void the bet at the erroneous odds or to offer the User settlement at the corrected odds. The Platform will act reasonably in determining whether an error has occurred.
Maximum single-event and cumulative winnings may apply across specific markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant market rules and may be amended periodically. Winnings exceeding published limits will be paid at the stated maximum.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk1957 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of any balance, without prejudice to any other legal remedies available to the Operator:

The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
pk1957 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and safeguards to meet your particular requirements for anti-virus protection and data input/output accuracy.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
pk1957 reserves the right to amend, modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. The effective date of the most recent version will be displayed at the top of this page. We will use reasonable endeavours to provide registered Users with advance notice of material changes via the email address associated with their Account or via an on-platform notification.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the amendment. Your Account closure request will be processed in accordance with the closing-balance procedures described in these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated and licensed. This governing law clause does not affect any mandatory statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, all disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action relating to any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform.
